Are all the tours and transfers private?
All our tours are private and meant for individuals or groups, wich means that you and your friends or family will be touring privately without sharing your ride with other people.
How to pay
Our standard payment method is paying cash in Euros given to our drivers at the end of the ride or tour.
Should you need an ATM machine, please let your driver know in advance and he will be happy to assist you in locating one.
We can accept VISA/AMEX/MASTERCARD credit cards only if you have previously selected this option on the booking form (please be aware that in this case a 5% commission will be charged)
We operate following the honor system: we will honor your reservation and provide you with the service you booked, while we will trust that you too will honor your side of the contract.
You can modify or cancel your booking, but please let us know at least with 7 days in advance so we can to give us enough time to rearrange accordingly our working schedule.
What is included in the service fee
Your quoted tour price includes a private executive vehicle with a professional licensed english speaking driver that will act as your tour leader; plus fuel, applicable tolls, insurance, parking fees, and 23% VAT tax.
Licensed private tour guides for archeological sites or museums are not included.
You can book this services separately at 60 euros per hour.
Lunches/dinners and museums tickets are not included.
Can drivers get into the sites with customers?
Unfortunately drivers are not allowed to guide you inside attractions or museums.
Nonetheless they will be glad to give you all the historical, geographical, artistic, culinary informations you need.
